Privacy Policy
Last updated October 9, 2026
This policy describes what AI Drama Generator ("we", "us") collects when you use aidramagenerator.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Using the site means you accept the practices described here.
What we collect
- Account details. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and a unique identifier. We generate a display handle for you and keep it alongside your account.
- Scripts and inputs. The screenplay text you write or paste, loglines you give the co-writer, descriptions you use to generate library items, and any outfit, set or prop images you upload.
- Output. Rendered scenes, generated library images and drafted scripts, together with the settings used to make them and whether you marked a render public.
- Payments. Purchases are processed by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer id, plan status and a ledger of credits granted and spent. We never see or store your full card details.
- Technical data. Standard server logs and privacy-respecting page analytics (page views, referrers, approximate region). We do not run advertising trackers.
AI Data Processing
To provide its features, AI Drama Generator sends your text, images, video, and other input to third-party AI platforms for processing. These platforms currently include Google, OpenAI, and Replicate. Script text and loglines are checked by an automated moderation service and used to draft or render scenes; images you upload are checked for prohibited content and for the presence of people; generated references are sent to video models to render your scenes. These providers process the data on our behalf to deliver the result you requested and under their own terms. We do not send your account email to these providers.
How we use information
- To run the editor, save your scripts, render scenes and show your library.
- To account for credits, subscriptions and one-time packs.
- To detect and remove content that breaks our rules, and to act on reports from other users.
- To answer support requests and to notify you about material changes to the service.
- To understand aggregate usage so we can fix what is slow or confusing.
Public content
Renders are private unless you choose to publish a scene. A published scene, its heading and your display handle appear in the showcase and on the scene's own page, and may be indexed by search engines. You can set a scene back to private at any time; copies that others have already made are outside our control.
Storage and retention
Scripts, library items and renders are kept while your account exists so you can return to them. Uploaded images that fail moderation are made inaccessible immediately. Moderation records are retained to enforce our rules. If you delete a script or a render, it is removed from your account; copies in backups age out on a rolling basis.
Sharing
We share data with the AI platforms named above, with Stripe for payments, with Google for sign-in and hosting, and with our search and hosting infrastructure providers. We share information with authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices
- You can delete any script, library item or render from inside the site.
- You can set any published scene back to private.
- You can ask us to delete your account and associated data by emailing [email protected] from the address on the account.
- Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct or export your data; email us to exercise them.
Children
The service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we remove accounts we learn belong to minors.
Changes
We will post any revision to this page with a new date. If a change materially reduces your rights we will say so on the site before it takes effect.
