Terms of Service
Last updated October 9, 2026
These terms are a contract between you and AI Drama Generator covering aidramagenerator.com and everything it offers. By signing in or using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old. You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for everything done under it. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
The service
AI Drama Generator provides a screenplay editor, an AI co-writer, a library of generated performers, outfits, sets and props, and a rendering pipeline that produces short video scenes from your script. Features and models may change; we aim to give notice of changes that affect pricing or stored content.
Credits, subscriptions and packs
- Renders and generated library items consume credits. The cost is displayed before you confirm.
- Monthly subscriptions grant an allowance of credits each billing period. Unused subscription credits do not roll over. Switching to a higher plan charges the price difference immediately and tops up your allowance; moving to a lower plan takes effect at the end of the current period.
- One-time packs add credits that do not expire while your account is open.
- Credits for a render that fails for reasons on our side, such as a provider outage or a content filter that rejected a permitted prompt, are returned automatically. Credits spent on a render that completes are not refundable, and we cannot refund credits for renders you simply dislike.
- You can cancel a subscription at any time from the billing page; access continues to the end of the paid period.
Your content and our licence
You keep ownership of the scripts, images and other material you provide. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, reproduce and display that material, and any output produced by the service at your direction, including without limitation images, videos, text, and other content, solely to operate, secure and improve the service and, where you have marked a render public, to display it on the site and in previews. This licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies kept in backups for a limited time and for content others have already shared.
Ownership of output
As between you and us, you own the output the service produces at your direction, including rendered scenes, generated library images and drafted script text, to the extent permitted by applicable law. We make no promise that output is unique, free of third-party claims or protectable by copyright in your jurisdiction; those questions depend on local law and on how the output is used.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to create, upload or share content that:
- is sexually explicit, or depicts minors in any sexual or harmful context;
- harasses, threatens or defames a real person, or depicts a real person without the right to do so;
- promotes violence, hatred or illegal activity;
- infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights;
- attempts to bypass our moderation, probe our systems or overload the service.
We use automated filters and a user-report system. We may remove content, make it private, or suspend accounts that break these rules, with or without notice.
Community showcase
Scenes you publish appear in the showcase and on a public page. Other users can report content, and content that receives several reports is hidden pending review. By publishing you confirm you have the right to share the scene and anything shown in it.
Third-party providers
Rendering, drafting and moderation rely on third-party AI platforms and payment providers. Their availability affects ours. We are not responsible for their outages, but we return credits for renders that fail because of them.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided as is and as available. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that output will meet your expectations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and may ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the service, in which case unused paid credits will be refunded where the law requires.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
